Two recipes in one
The two recipes are similar except for the cheese and sugar.
You are going to make the one of your choice with me but you will also know how to make the other one.
Below, please advise of your preference along with your address so I can deliver the frozen ready to bake samples to you.

Chouquettes ingredients
(Makes about 35)
- 1 cup (150g) flour
- 140 ml water
- 150 ml milk
- 3 oz butter
- 4 small eggs
- 1 tsp sugar

It is not easy to find in the US but available for purchase here.
If you are baking chouquettes with me, I will provide you with the pearl sugar.

Gougeres ingredients
(Makes 40 to 45)
- 1 cup (150g) flour
- 140 ml water

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4.5 oz swiss cheese
